We offer multiple engagement models, customized to extensive needs of our clients, which provide the flexibility to ramp-up or ramp-down research activities in least possible time.
We offer following engagement models:
In the One-to-One model, our analysts will be mapped to particular analysts at client end and will work only for that client which benefits our clients as the learning curve for our analysts will be steep in this model. This engagement model is suitable for clients, who have a mix of ongoing and ad-hoc research requirements.
In the Spoke-Hub model, we assign one relationship manager to our client, who receives all research requests from our clients and determines the skill set required for the research project and allocates the work to the most suitable analyst or team of analysts. Our relationship manager will be the one point of contact for all client interactions and will be responsible for quality of deliverable. This engagement model is beneficial for the clients who need resources with various skills set for different research requirements at no extra cost.
We also provide our research services on ad-hoc basis in which research requirements for each project differs. This engagement model is beneficial for the clients who have urgent but one off or low frequency research requirements and do not want to incur sustained costs for these requirements.
Apart from above mentioned engagement models, we can also work out other suitable engagement models as per client requirements, if needed.
We implement a strict compliance system with information security and client data confidentiality being our top priorities. Our employees mandatorily sign a non-disclosure agreement and suitable IT Usage policy documents. We limit access to information electronically and physically through appropriate access control mechanisms. We prohibit use of all external storage devices and public email access and monitor employee stock trading and external communications.
Krishna Dev, CFA, FRM
At VRAL, Krishna is responsible to provide strategic leadership, drive growth, ensure high levels of customer service excellence and spearhead research & analytics team. Prior to VRAL, he has over 11 years of investment research experience in global markets in equity research and investment banking domain. In his career, he has provided an array of equity research, business valuation, management consultancy, and financial advisory services. He worked with some of the world's largest financial research services provider where he served various clients comprising well-known sell-side firms (including bulge bracket investment banks) as well as buy-side firms. Some of his most successful bets in Indian markets were PVR Ltd., Page Industries Ltd., Jubilant Foodworks Ltd., Cinemax India Ltd. (acquired by PVR), and Titan Company Ltd.
He is a CFA Charter holder, FRM Charter holder and holds MBA (Finance) degree.
